I'm new to these kinds of supplements, but I wanted to try something for my knees after my morning runs. I've been taking this for a few weeks now and I do feel a difference in how my joints feel, less stiffness. The strawberry flavor is quite pleasant too, makes it easy to drink every day. It's a nice discovery for me, wasn't sure what to expect.
