I'm a big fan of Ana María Lajusticia, their supplements always deliver. I've used their collagen before, which was great for my skin, but this magnesium powder is really making a difference for my joints. I feel much more comfortable after my gym sessions, less stiffness. It dissolves pretty well too, no weird clumps. Definitely a staple now.

I was really unsure about trying a magnesium supplement for my joints, as I've tried other things before without much luck. This one has been a pleasant surprise though. My knees feel less stiff, especially after a long walk. It’s not a miracle cure, but I do feel more comfortable and less achy overall. I'm glad I gave it a shot.

I spent a while looking at different magnesium supplements for joint support before settling on this one. I really like that it's just pure magnesium chloride powder, no fillers or anything unnecessary. It mixes pretty easily into my morning juice, which is a big plus.
