I was pretty skeptical about these, I'll admit. I've tried so many things for my gut issues with little success. But I was surprised, I think they actually are helping. I've noticed a definite improvement in bloating and discomfort after meals. It's not a miracle cure, but a noticeable difference, and that's more than I expected. I'll keep taking them and see how it goes long term.

Well, the packaging is pretty standard, nothing fancy. But the capsules themselves are easy to swallow, which is a plus. I've been taking them for a week now, and I think I feel a bit better... maybe? I'll update in a month.
