I've been struggling with digestion for ages, especially after eating out. I started taking these Heel Essentialis tablets about a week ago, and I've noticed a significant difference. I take one tablet about 15 minutes before my meal, as instructed, and it really seems to help break down the food. No more bloating or discomfort! I wish they came in a larger bottle though.
