Directions for Use: 1. Take 2 tablets daily with a large glass of water, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
2. Swallow the tablets whole; do not chew or crush them.

Ingredients: Senna leaf extract (Cassia angustifolia Vahl.), Psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata Forssk.), Rhubarb root extract (Rheum palmatum L.), Fennel fruit powder (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.), Aloe vera gel inner leaf (Aloe barbadensis Mill.), Frangula bark extract (Rhamnus frangula L.), Magnesium stearate, Microcrystalline cellulose. WARNINGS: This product contains stimulant laxatives and should not be used for extended periods without consulting a healthcare professional. Prolonged use can lead to dependence and electrolyte imbalance. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12, or individuals with intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, or fecal impaction. May cause abdominal discomfort, cramps, or diarrhea. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. This product may interact with certain medications, including diuretics and heart medications. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking any other medications. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
