Directions for Use: 1. Place one Bie 3 Organic Chamomile Flower filter bag in a cup. 2. Pour boiling water (approximately 200ml) over the filter bag. 3. Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, or until desired strength is reached. 4. Remove the filter bag and gently squeeze out any remaining liquid. 5. Drink the tea warm.
