My doctor suggested I try these for an extra boost during the change of seasons. I've been taking them for about two weeks now, and I definitely feel more energetic. Usually, I get hit hard with colds around this time, but so far, so good. It's easy to swallow the capsules, and no weird aftertaste. Seems to be doing the trick.
