I used to give my daughter those gummy vitamins from another brand, but they were always getting stuck in her teeth and she complained about the texture. These are much easier for her to take, she just drinks them straight from the little vial. I've noticed a definite improvement in her energy levels, especially during the winter months when she's stuck inside more. Definitely repurchasing.
