I've been using Lactibiane Protect for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it's made a noticeable difference in my digestion. I'm less bloated and uncomfortable after meals. My only slight issue is the size of the capsules – they're a little large and can be difficult to swallow sometimes, but the benefits definitely outweigh that minor inconvenience. Overall, very pleased.
