Directions for Use: 1. Take one (1) capsule daily. 2. Ingest with a large glass of water. 3. Take before a meal. 4. Allow at least two (2) hours between taking this product and your antibiotic medication.


Recommended Frequency: Take one capsule daily for a period of ten (10) days. This supplementation can be renewed if needed.

  • I've been using Lactibiane Protect for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it's made a noticeable difference in my digestion. I'm less bloated and uncomfortable after meals. My only slight issue is the size of the capsules – they're a little large and can be difficult to swallow sometimes, but the benefits definitely outweigh that minor inconvenience.
