I used to use Lactaid, but these are much more affordable. I was a bit skeptical at first, but they seem to work just as well, if not better. I still have to be careful with really dairy-heavy meals, but for the occasional cheese or yogurt, they're perfect. The pills are also smaller and easier to swallow than the Lactaid ones.

My doctor suggested I try these for my lactose issues. I usually get bloated and uncomfortable after even a small amount of dairy. I take one of these right before eating and it seems to really help. I can actually enjoy ice cream again!
