Cod Liver Oil is a food supplement with a unique combination of natural omega-3 fatty acids obtained from fish, plus vitamins D, A and E. Cod liver oil is produced from Norwegian Arctic cod, caught off the coasts of the Lofoten and Vesterålen archipelagos. It is particularly rich in the fatty acid DHA, which supports normal brain function and helps maintain vision under normal conditions**. Vitamin D is essential for normal growth and development of the skeleton in children.
