I was using another valerian product before, and honestly, it wasn't doing much for me. I did a lot of research before switching to Aquilea Enrelax. I was looking for something that would actually help me wind down at night without making me feel groggy in the morning. This stuff is great! It really helps me relax and fall asleep easier. I'm much happier with this one.
