My sister recommended these for helping with cholesterol. So far, so good. I have noticed my skin feels a bit more hydrated, which is a nice bonus. The capsules are a little big, though, which makes them a bit hard to swallow.

I was a bit skeptical ordering supplements online, especially from a new place. But I was looking for omega 3 and these had good reviews. The delivery was quick, which was a plus. I've been taking them for a few weeks now, and I think I'm starting to feel a difference in my joints after my workouts. Still not 100% sure if it's the pills or just me, but I'll probably buy them again.
