I'm a big fan of Arkopharma, I've used their other supplements before. I think these zinc capsules are good, but I wish they were a bit smaller and easier to swallow, like their vitamin C ones.

I've been taking these Arkopharma Zinc capsules for about a month now, hoping to boost my immune system and improve my skin. I take one capsule every morning with breakfast. I think I've noticed a slight improvement in my skin clarity, and I haven't gotten sick lately, so maybe they're helping! No weird taste or side effects either.
