Okay, so I've been using this for about a week now, and I'm really happy with the results. I spray it on my legs and arms after exfoliating in the shower. I wait until my skin is dry and then I spray it evenly, rubbing it in a bit. My skin feels super soft, and the tan lasts for about 3 days before I need to reapply. It's a really subtle glow, not orange at all. The hydration is really noticeable.

The entire Institut Esthederm range of sun lotions and sprays offers wonderful products, the formulas are lightweight and smell awesome, they absorb quickly and are non sticky. I like this spray, it is a good option if you want to speed up the tanning process although it is not an essential.
