Directions for Use: 1. Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, perspiring, or toweling.
3. Reducing the quantity of application will lower the level of protection significantly.
Recommended Frequency: Apply every two hours, or more frequently if needed, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Additional Tips: 1. Avoid midday sun (10am-4pm). 2. Wear protective clothing, including a hat, sunglasses, and long sleeves, in addition to sunscreen. 3.
