I'm quite picky about sunscreens, especially for my body. This one is pretty good. I use it after my shower before heading out for the day. It absorbs quickly, which is a must, and doesn't leave that greasy feeling some sunscreens do. The spray application is convenient. The scent is okay, a bit strong at first, but it fades. My only real complaint is the price... a bit steep for the amount you get, but I guess you pay for the quality.

How to use Heliocare 360⁰ Sport Spray SPF50
Shake Vigorously. Apply generously and evenly about 20 cm from the skin before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after prolonged bathing or excessive sweating.
External use. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during peak hours. Wear protective clothing, hat and sunglasses. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun.
