I've been struggling with persistent acne scars for years, and while this hasn't completely erased them (I didn't expect it to!), I've noticed a definite improvement in the texture of my skin. It feels smoother, and the redness has subsided somewhat. The gel is a bit stickier than I'd prefer, but overall, I'm happy with the results.
