I used to take another brand's IBS supplement, but it always left me feeling bloated and gassy. With Aboca Colilen, I've noticed a significant difference. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I take two before my main meals. It really helps to calm my digestive system, especially when I'm traveling and my diet is all over the place. I feel much more comfortable now.
