This is my first time trying an antioxidant supplement. I've been taking these Solgar capsules for about a month now. I feel like my skin has a bit more glow, and it seems to handle sun exposure a little better than before. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a plus. Not a miracle, but a good start.
