My friend suggested this, and it really delivers. I've used Solgar's Vitamin D before, which I loved, and this is just as good. My skin feels much more supple and hydrated. Definitely meets expectations for a brand I trust.

i used another brand before this one but it wasnt doing much this Solgar one really works my nails are stronger my hair looks healthier it's a huge improvement i feel more energetic too for my morning walks great product.

Good value for money. Capsules are easy to swallow. My nails feel stronger hair looks shinier. No fishy aftertaste. Worth the price.
