How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. 2. Remove the Prim Bruxicalm Night Mouthguard from its protective case. 3. Carefully insert the mouthguard into your mouth, ensuring it fits comfortably over your upper teeth. 4. Gently bite down to secure the mouthguard in place. 5. After use, remove the mouthguard and rinse it thoroughly with cool water. 6. Store the clean and dry mouthguard back in its protective case.
Recommended frequency: Use the Prim Bruxicalm Night Mouthguard every night before going to sleep.
Additional tips: For optimal hygiene: Replace your mouthguard every 3-6 months, or sooner if it shows signs of wear and tear.
