This stuff is a lifesaver, honestly. I get canker sores pretty frequently, and they're just the worst. I've tried a bunch of different gels and mouthwashes, and this one seems to work the fastest for me. It stings a little when you first put it on, but then it forms like a protective layer. I think it really helps speed up the healing process, plus it's not too noticeable when it's on... which is a bonus, you know?

Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the gel. 2. Dry the affected area gently with a clean tissue or cotton swab. 3. Apply a small amount of Gum Afta Clear Gel directly onto the mouth ulcer using the applicator tip.
4. Avoid touching the ulcer with the applicator tip after it has contacted the ulcer. 5. Allow the gel to form a protective film over the ulcer. 6. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after application.
