Apply a small amount of Care+ Mouth Aphthas Gel directly onto the canker sore, ensuring complete coverage. 4. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application to allow the gel to form a protective barrier. 5. If the gel is accidentally removed, reapply as needed.
Recommended Frequency: Apply the gel 3-4 times daily, or as needed, until the canker sore is healed. For optimal results, apply after meals and before bedtime.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results, start using the gel at the first sign of a canker sore. 2. Avoid touching the canker sore with your tongue or fingers. 3.
