Ok so this stuff actually works! I was kinda skeptical but my teeth are noticeably whiter after just a couple uses. Quick easy and I can do it at home while watching tv perfect. Will buy again for sure.

How to Use:
1. Prepare the splints: Immerse the splints in hot water for a few seconds until they soften. Carefully adapt them to your upper and lower teeth for a perfect fit.
2. Brush your teeth: Use the included White Kiss toothpaste to clean your teeth thoroughly before applying the whitening gel. This will help prepare the surface of the teeth for optimal whitening.
3. Apply the gel: Apply a small amount of White Kiss Flash gel (about the size of a grain of rice) into each compartment of the splint that comes into contact with the front surface of your teeth. Avoid applying excessive gel.
4. Wear the splints: Place the splints with the gel onto your teeth. Ensure they are comfortable and secure.
5. Whitening time: Wear the splints for the recommended time (refer to product packaging for specific duration).
6. Remove and rinse: After the recommended time, remove the splints and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Gently clean the splints with water and store them for future use.
