Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Vogel Dentaforce Equinacea toothpaste to your toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth thoroughly after each meal, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned. 3. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with plenty of water.
Recommended Frequency: Use after every meal, ideally three times a day.
