Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of PHB Time To Care So Y Forever Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth gently for two minutes, ensuring you reach all surfaces of your teeth and along the gum line.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 4. Do not swallow.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with PHB Time To Care So Y Forever Toothpaste twice a day, morning and night, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results, replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
2. To maximize the benefits of the toothpaste, avoid rinsing your mouth immediately after brushing. Allow the fluoride to remain in contact with your teeth for longer. 3. For a complete oral care routine, consider using PHB dental floss and mouthwash in addition to the toothpaste. 4.
