I'm a big fan of PHB, and this toothpaste doesn't disappoint. It's gentle like their other products, but I think I prefer the whitening one slightly more. Still great for sensitive gums though!

It's a good toothpaste, does the job. My gums feel less irritated. The only thing is, I wish it had a slightly stronger minty flavour. Otherwise, no complaints!

How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of PHB Time To Care So Calm Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
