Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Lacer Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth. 3. Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth with Lacer Toothpaste at least twice a day, ideally after breakfast and before bedtime, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
