My dentist actually recommended this toothpaste. I usually just grab whatever's on sale, but I decided to try it. I did compare it to a few others online first, reading ingredients and reviews. So far, I'm really happy with it. My teeth feel cleaner, and I think my gums are looking a little healthier too. Definitely worth the extra cost!
