Directions for Use:
1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Isdin Bexident Sensitive Teeth Toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush.
2. Brush your teeth gently for two minutes, ensuring all tooth surfaces are cleaned.
3. Spit out the excess toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
4. After brushing, rinse your mouth with 15ml of Isdin Bexident Sensitive Teeth Mouthwash for 30 seconds. Do not dilute.
5. Do not rinse with water after using the mouthwash. This allows the active ingredients to remain in contact with your teeth and gums for longer, maximizing their effectiveness.
Recommended Frequency:
Use the Isdin Bexident Sensitive Teeth Toothpaste and Mouthwash twice daily, in the morning and evening, after meals.
Additional Tips:
1. For optimal desensitizing results, use regularly as directed.
