Used to use Colgate but this Elmex toothpaste is much better for my sensitive teeth. I feel less pain now when I drink cold drinks. Works fast and tastes good. Definitely worth the money.

Elmex Sensitive Professional Toothpaste 75ml is a toothpaste specifically for people who suffer from tooth sensitivity. Due to its composition, based on amine fluoride, its use is not allowed in children under 6 years of age. It contributes to daily oral hygiene in cases of exposed tooth necks, hypersensitive teeth or teeth with a high risk of dentine caries.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Elmex Sensitivity Toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. 2. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, paying special attention to sensitive areas. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste. Do not swallow. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, morning and evening, or as directed by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results, use Elmex Sensitivity Toothpaste regularly as part of your daily oral hygiene routine. 2. For increased sensitivity relief, apply a small amount of toothpaste directly to the sensitive area with your finger and gently massage for one minute. Do not rinse. 3. If sensitivity persists, consult your dentist or dental hygienist. 4. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
