Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles of the PHB Classic Junior Toothbrush. 2. Gently brush all tooth surfaces, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces, using small circular motions. 3. Angle the brush at a 45-degree angle towards the gum line to clean along the gum margins. 4. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 6. Clean the toothbrush under running water and store it upright in a clean, dry place. 7. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, ideally after breakfast and before bed.
