The packaging is practical, especially for travel, but the brush head cover feels a little flimsy. I'm worried it might crack easily. Otherwise, the brush itself seems well-made and the bristles are soft enough for my sensitive gums with braces. Happy overall, just a minor concern about the case.

I've been using GUM products for years and this orthodontic toothbrush is another great addition. It's much better than the generic one my orthodontist gave me. Definitely recommend if you have braces!

Ingredients
The use of orthodontic appliances requires strict oral hygiene. Meticulous brushing of the teeth, braces and gums helps to prevent white spots caused by decalcification, caries and gingival inflammation.

Gently brush the outer side of a group of 2 or 3 teeth in a round motion. Repeat on each set of 2 or 3 teeth, for all teeth.

Directions for Use:
1. Attach the cap to the base of the toothbrush to form the handle. 2. Wet the toothbrush and apply a small amount of toothpaste. 3. Position the toothbrush along your gum line at a 45-degree angle. Ensure the bristles are slightly tucked into the sulcus (the space between your teeth and gums).
4. Gently brush the outer surfaces of 2-3 teeth using a small, circular motion. Repeat this process for all teeth.
5. Brush the inner surfaces of your teeth using the same circular motion.
6. Pay particular attention to cleaning around your braces and gum line to remove plaque and food debris.
7. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency:
Brush your teeth for two minutes, at least twice a day (morning and night). For optimal oral hygiene during orthodontic treatment, brushing after every meal is highly recommended.
Additional Tips:
For best results, replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
Consider using interdental brushes and fluoride rinse in addition to brushing to ensure thorough cleaning around braces and between teeth.
