Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the center bristles of the toothbrush. 2. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 3. Gently brush all tooth surfaces in a circular motion. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 7. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly and store upright to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day (morning and night), or as recommended by your dentist.
Additional Tips: Replace your toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed. For optimal oral health, visit your dentist regularly for checkups and cleanings. Do not share your toothbrush. Children under 7 should be supervised while brushing.
