Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the Gum™ Adult Orthodontics Toothbrush 124. 2. Position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gumline. 3. Gently brush each tooth and bracket with small, circular motions, paying close attention to the areas around the brackets and wires. 4. Brush the outer surfaces of all your teeth, upper and lower. 5. Brush the inner surfaces of all your teeth. 6. Brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth. 7. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Clean the toothbrush and allow it to air dry upright.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, every morning and night, or as recommended by your dentist or orthodontist.


Additional Tips: 1. Use a fluoride toothpaste to strengthen enamel and protect against cavities.
2. Consider using interdental brushes or floss threaders to clean between teeth and under wires, as directed by your orthodontist.
3. Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
4. Visit your dentist or orthodontist regularly for checkups and professional cleanings. 5. Maintain a healthy diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks to minimize plaque buildup.
