Directions for Use:
Toothpaste: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of Vitis Orthodontic Toothpaste onto a toothbrush specifically designed for orthodontic use. 2. Brush all tooth surfaces thoroughly for at least two minutes, paying special attention to areas around brackets and wires. 3. Spit out the excess toothpaste. Do not swallow. 4. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. Mouthwash: 1. After brushing, rinse your mouth with 15ml of undiluted Vitis Orthodontic Mouthwash for 30 seconds. 2. Spit out the mouthwash. Do not swallow. 3. Do not rinse with water after using the mouthwash to allow the active ingredients to remain in contact with the teeth and gums.
Recommended Frequency: Use both the toothpaste and mouthwash at least twice daily, after breakfast and before going to bed, or as directed by your orthodontist or dental professional.
Additional Tips: 1. For optimal oral hygiene, use an interdental brush to clean between brackets and wires. 2. Follow a healthy diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks to minimize the risk of cavities and maintain good oral health during orthodontic treatment. 3. Regularly visit your orthodontist for check-ups and adjustments. 4. Consult your dentist or orthodontist if you experience any discomfort or irritation. 5. Keep out of reach of children.
