Directions for use: 1. Measure 15ml of VITIS Aloe and Mint Mouthwash. 2. Rinse your mouth vigorously for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas, including those hard to reach with a toothbrush. 3. Do not swallow the mouthwash. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, for optimal oral hygiene.

Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing to allow the active ingredients to work effectively.
