Its low abrasiveness makes it a daily use rinse suitable for people susceptible to gum problems (inflammation and bleeding).
It does not contain alcohol, so it does not dry mucous membranes.

Directions for Use: 1. Measure out 15ml of PHB Gum Mouthwash. 2. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your gums and teeth. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing. 5. Do not rinse with water immediately after use to allow the active ingredients to work.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing in the morning and evening, for optimal results.
Additional Tips: For best results, use after brushing with PHB toothpaste. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing to maximize the effectiveness of the mouthwash.
