Directions for Use: 1. Measure out 20ml of Listerine Total Care. 2. Rinse vigorously around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Spit out the rinse after 30 seconds.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, for optimal results.
