Directions for Use: 1. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons) of Listerine Teeth And Gums Mouthwash into a cup. 2. Rinse around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after brushing and flossing, for optimal results.
