Pues la verdad, este Listerine... no sé, me deja la boca súper fresca. Lo uso después de cepillarme y pues, la verdad, noto la diferencia. A ver si así aguanto más sin caries...

I was a bit skeptical about the 'mild' part, thinking it wouldn't be effective. But it's actually pretty good! Doesn't burn like the regular Listerine, which is a huge plus for me.

Directions for Use: 1. Pour 20ml (4 teaspoons) of Listerine Menthol into a cup. 2. Rinse vigorously around your teeth and gums for 30 seconds. 3. Swish the mouthwash throughout your entire mouth. 4. Do not swallow. 5. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth.
Additional Tips: For best results, use Listerine Menthol after brushing and flossing. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. For children 6 to 12 years of age, supervise use.
