How to use: 1. Fill the dosing cup up to the 15ml line. 2. Rinse with the undiluted mouthwash for 60 seconds.
3. Repeat three times a day after each meal.
4. Do not rinse with water after use.
5. Do not swallow.


Recommended frequency: Use three times daily after meals for optimal whitening and protection.


Additional tips: For best results, use consistently for at least 7 days to notice whitening effects.
To maintain a healthy oral hygiene routine, consider using this mouthwash in conjunction with brushing and flossing.
Avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing to allow the ingredients to fully work.
If you experience any sensitivity, discontinue use and consult your dentist or doctor.

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Fluoride, Citric Acid, Polysorbate 20, Aroma, Sodium Saccharin, Limonene. WARNINGS: Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist or doctor. Not recommended for prolonged use without the advice of a dental professional. Avoid contact with eyes. This product contains hydrogen peroxide which may temporarily whiten teeth. Results may vary.   • I'm a big fan of Isdin, especially their sunscreens. I saw this mouthwash recommended online and thought I'd give it a try. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I think it's pretty good. It definitely leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean, maybe even a bit brighter. It's not as dramatic as professional whitening, obviously, but I like it for daily use. Seems gentler than other whitening mouthwashes I've tried too.
