Okay, so this is the first time I've ever used a mouthwash with fluoride. I usually just brush and floss. But I wanted to try something extra for my teeth. It's pretty easy to use, just swish it around for like a minute. My mouth feels really clean afterwards, like dentist-clean. I hope it actually helps prevent cavities, that's the main reason I bought it!

Directions for Use: 1. Measure out 15ml of Fluocaril Bi-fluoride Mouthwash. 2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas of your mouth. 3. Do not swallow the mouthwash. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily after brushing your teeth, preferably after breakfast and before bed.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, do not rinse your mouth with water immediately after using the mouthwash. This allows the active ingredients to continue working.
