My dentist actually suggested I try these for my gums, which have been a bit sensitive lately. I've never really used anything like this before, just regular mouthwash. It's been a couple of weeks, and I think they're helping? My gums don't bleed as much when I brush, so that's a plus. I'll keep using them and see if it gets even better.

I'm a Lactoflora fan anyway, I use their intestinal health product. This one is good, but I think the intestinal one is more effective for me personally. Still worth it though.

Composition:
Each box contains 30 sucking capsules.
Lactoflora® Oral Health is formulated with 1,000 million live lactobacilli and pediococci isolated from the oral mucosa of healthy individuals and vitamin D3.
It contains at least 1,000 million CFU of live lactic ferments per tablet at source, specifically the strains Pediococcus acidilactici CECT 8633, Lactobacillus brevis CECT 7480 and Lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7481.
Bulking agent (sorbitol (E-420)), Pediococcus acidilactici CECT 8633, Lactobacillus brevis CECT 7480 and Lactobacillus plantarum CECT 7481, stabilizer (guar gum (E-412)), mint flavor, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide (E-412) 551)), anti-stick agent (magnesium stearate (E-470b)), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).
Allergens/Intolerances:
Without gluten. Suitable for lactose intolerant people.
How to use:
Dissolve one tablet with a pleasant mint flavor in your mouth one to two times a day, after meals. Preferably after brushing your teeth.
If you are taking an antibiotic, it is recommended to separate taking Lactoflora from the antibiotic by 2 hours.
