How to use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Hold the bottle upright. 3. Spray directly onto the sensitive area(s) of your teeth and gums. 4. Apply 2-3 sprays, 2-3 times a day.
Recommended frequency: Use 2-3 times daily, after meals and before bedtime, or as directed by your dentist.
