Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM® Interdental Brush 1314 into the interdental space (the space between your teeth).
2. Do not force the brush. If it doesn't fit easily, choose a smaller size. 3. Move the brush back and forth a few times to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 5. Replace the brush when the filaments become worn or frayed.

Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to maintain optimal oral hygiene.

Additional Tips: 1. Consult with your dentist or dental hygienist to determine the appropriate interdental brush size for your needs. 2. Be gentle when inserting and using the brush to avoid damaging your gums. 3. If you experience any bleeding or discomfort, discontinue use and consult your dentist. 4. Store the brushes in a clean, dry place. 5. Do not bend or twist the wire excessively. 6. For optimal results, use in conjunction with regular brushing and flossing.

  • These interdental brushes are pretty good value for money, especially when you buy them in bulk. They do the job, they're sturdy enough to last a decent amount of time, and they're cheaper than some of the other brands out there. Not much else to say, really. They work.
