I use these every night after brushing. I run the brush under the tap first, then gently insert it between each tooth, using a slight twisting motion. Rinse the brush after each space. My gums used to bleed a lot, but not anymore. Definitely worth it.

Interprox Plus super micro has been designed to remove oral biofilm (bacterial plaque) accumulated in the 0.7 mm* interproximal spaces, specifically in the premolar or molar area.

How to use: 1. Identify the interdental space you want to clean, preferably in the premolar or molar area where spaces are generally 0.7mm or larger. 2. Gently insert the Interprox Plus Super Micro toothbrush into the interdental space. Do not force it. 3. Move the brush back and forth in a gentle sawing motion to remove plaque and debris. 4. Rinse the brush with water after each use. 5. Once the bristles are worn or damaged, replace the brush with a new one.
Recommended frequency: Use at least once a day, preferably at night after brushing and flossing your teeth.
