Interprox® Conical is designed to remove oral biofilm (bacterial plaque) build-up from 1.3 mm* interproximal spaces, and is recommended for teeth in both the anterior and posterior areas of the mouth because of its conical head.   Its shape makes it easy to perpendicularly insert between anterior teeth, to prevent damaging the gums, and its cap attaches perfectly to the handle, elongating it to reach even the back-most areas of the mouth, for which the conical head is particularly recommended. Because its handle and neck have memory-free flexibility, the brush can be moulded to maintain perpendicular entry in these areas as well.    Interprox® Conical also has an anti-slip groove to ensure a better grip and control for accurate and comfortable cleaning. Innovative manufacturing with high quality Tynex® filaments allows for better gum care, because their dual colour design allows white filaments to detect bleeding sites and black filaments to detect interdental biofilm. The stainless steel wire is coated with polyurethane (plastic material), to better protect gums, teeth and implants. The brush also has a protective cap that allows it to be taken anywhere conveniently. Interprox® Conical is indicated for people with 1.3 mm* interdental spaces. It is also indicated for people with orthodontics, implants and fixed prostheses.  
Consult with your dentist or dental hygienist to determine the size of your interproximal space and which brush you should use.   Insert the brush loosely, so that the filaments, and not the wire, are touching teeth. Move the brush in and out, without turning it. Because the handle has memory-free flexibility, it can be bent to form the best angle, and the cap can be fitted to the handle for better access to posterior areas. If the wire rubs gums or bends, use a brush with a smaller PHD.

Directions for Use:


1. Consult with your dentist or dental hygienist to confirm that the 1.3mm size is appropriate for your interdental spaces.


2. Gently insert the Interprox® Conical brush into the interdental space. Ensure that only the filaments, and not the wire, are in contact with your teeth.


3. Move the brush in and out of the space. Avoid twisting or rotating the brush.


4. For posterior areas, attach the protective cap to the handle to extend its reach. The flexible handle can be gently bent to achieve the optimal angle for insertion.


5. If the wire bends or puts pressure on your gums, switch to a smaller size Interprox brush.


6. Rinse the brush thoroughly after each use. Replace the brush when the filaments become worn or splayed.


Recommended Frequency:


Use Interprox® Conical at least once a day, preferably at night after brushing and flossing, to remove plaque and debris from interdental spaces.


Additional Tips:


1. The white filaments can help detect bleeding gums, indicating potential inflammation. Consult your dentist if bleeding persists.
2. The black filaments help to visualize plaque removal.
3. Do not force the brush into tight spaces. If you encounter resistance, consult your dental professional. 4. Store the brush in the provided protective cap to maintain hygiene and extend its lifespan. 5. Interprox® Conical is suitable for use with orthodontics, implants, and fixed prostheses. Follow your dentist's or orthodontist's instructions for optimal cleaning around these appliances.

Ingredients: Polypropylene, stainless steel wire, Tynex filaments (nylon) WARNINGS: Do not force the brush into spaces where it does not fit easily. Incorrect use can damage gums. If discomfort or bleeding occurs, discontinue use and consult a dental professional. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not a toy. Replace the brush every month or sooner if the filaments are frayed or damaged.
