Directions for Use: 1. Gently insert the GUM Bi-Directional Interdental Brush between your teeth. 2. Use a back-and-forth motion to clean the space between your teeth. 3. Do not force the brush into tight spaces. If it doesn't fit easily, use a smaller size. 4. Rinse the brush thoroughly with water after each use. 5. Discard the brush when the bristles become worn or frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing and flossing, to remove plaque and food particles from between your teeth.
Additional Tips: 1. Choose the correct size interdental brush for the spaces between your teeth. Your dentist or hygienist can help you determine the right size. 2. Be gentle when inserting and using the brush to avoid damaging your gums. 3. If you experience any bleeding or discomfort, discontinue use and consult your dentist. 4. Store the brush in a clean, dry place. 5. Consider using a pea-sized amount of toothpaste on the brush for enhanced cleaning. 6.
